Locations: Roosevelt area, Lost Creek Falls trail, hiding under other vegetation.

Blooming: June 26, 2014 in Roosevelt area, about the time when the western coralroots are just starting to bloom and the fairy slipper orchids are starting to wilt.

Sniff test: no fragrance detected

I have seen this plant in the Wind River Range of Wyoming growing in the middle of a muddy trail where it miraculously had not been stepped on.  I have only found one specimen in Yellowstone so far.
